Facial rejuvenation doesn't need to produce a dramatic transformation to make a meaningful difference. Sometimes, improving the jawline, lifting the cheeks, and reducing jowling can significantly refresh someone's appearance.

With a Deep Plane Facelift, I release the retaining ligaments that hold the deeper facial tissues in place, allowing me to reposition those structures rather than relying primarily on pulling the skin.

This approach can restore more youthful contours while minimizing excessive tension on the skin, which is important for avoiding an overly tight or operated appearance.

For me, a successful result is one where the improvements are clearly visible, but the face still looks soft, balanced, and appropriate for the patient.

I'm currently selecting a limited number of patients for a Facelift Case Study at my Manhattan practice, offering an opportunity for those considering facial rejuvenation to receive a personalized surgical evaluation.

During your consultation, I'll carefully assess your facial anatomy, skin, and underlying tissues to determine whether Facelift surgery is appropriate for your goals.

Selected patients may qualify for special considerations as part of this program. If you've been considering a Facelift, schedule your consultation in Manhattan to learn more about the case study and explore your options.

Deep Plane Facelift recovery involves two milestones: returning to normal activities and seeing more settled results.

Most patients can resume light work and social activities within 7 to 14 days, depending on their recovery.

While much of the swelling improves over the first 1 to 3 months, healing continues beyond that period as facial contours gradually settle.

Early swelling after Rhinoplasty can temporarily soften the definition of the nasal tip, making it important to distinguish between the initial appearance and the final result.

With the specialized surgical techniques I use, my goal is to create a well-defined nasal contour that can already look refined during the early postoperative period, even while swelling is present.

As the tissues heal and swelling gradually subsides, nasal tip definition and overall contour can become more apparent. The result continues to evolve over time, which is why patience remains an essential part of recovery.

Rhinoplasty cast removal is an exciting milestone, but it does not reveal the final result. Even with minimal swelling, the nose continues to change as healing progresses.

I use Piezo Ultrasonic technology and specialized dissection techniques designed to minimize unnecessary trauma to the surrounding soft tissues. This may help reduce bruising and swelling during early recovery.

While patients may see significant improvements when the cast comes off, nasal definition continues to develop over time. I always encourage patience, as the final contours become clearer throughout the healing process.

Heavy upper eyelids are not always caused by excess skin. A descended brow can also contribute to a tired appearance around the eyes.

I evaluate brow position and eyelid anatomy to determine whether the concern comes from the eyelids, the brows, or both.

Depending on the patient's anatomy, I may recommend Upper Blepharoplasty, a Brow Lift, or a combination of both to create a more refreshed, natural-looking appearance.

I've been performing Preservation Rhinoplasty since 2019, using this technique to reduce nasal projection and correct dorsal humps while maintaining the natural nasal bridge.

Unlike traditional approaches, Preservation Rhinoplasty can reshape the nose without removing and reconstructing the dorsum, helping preserve its original anatomy.

I also teach this technique to other surgeons. While it isn't appropriate for every patient, preserving natural structures is my preferred approach when the anatomy allows.

Facial aging does not occur in a single direction, so I do not approach every part of the face with the same lifting vector.

The cheeks may descend differently from the jowls, while the neck may develop its own pattern of laxity.

In some areas, the appropriate direction may be more vertical. In others, it may be more horizontal or a combination of both.

I evaluate the skin, deeper tissues, facial volume, jawline, and neck to understand how each region has changed.

The overall goals may remain consistent, but the direction of repositioning should be adapted to the anatomy of the individual patient.

In Rhinoplasty, subtle changes to the nasal tip can make a significant difference in facial balance.

I use principles of Polygon Tip Plasty to refine projection, rotation, and definition while avoiding an unnatural appearance.

Every detail matters, from the supratip break to the columella. My goal is a refined, natural-looking tip that complements each patient's anatomy.

This on-table result after Piezo Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty shows the correction of a prominent, deviated nose while improving its overall proportions.

I combined Preservation Rhinoplasty and Piezo technology to reduce projection, refine the tip, and straighten the nasal structure while preserving the natural dorsum.

The result is a straighter, more refined nasal shape immediately after surgery, with further improvements expected as swelling resolves and healing progresses.
