Originally trained as a dancer, Nina discovered a natural transition into massage therapy through her interest in anatomy and body movement. She graduated from the Swedish Institute in 1989 and has spent decades refining her technique and deepening her understanding of the body.
In 2004, Nina joined Bliss Spa, where she spent more than 20 years building a loyal clientele who appreciated her exceptional hands-on skills, professionalism, and intuitive approach to massage. Her extensive experience allows her to recognize areas of tension and tailor each treatment to her clients’ individual needs, whether the goal is to relieve muscle tightness, restore balance, or simply enjoy deep relaxation.
Now joining Upper West Spa, Nina looks forward to welcoming familiar faces and meeting new clients, bringing her years of experience, knowledge, and dedication to every treatment.
Outside the treatment room, Nina is a devoted cat lover who shares her home with her two tabbies, Etienne and Manon. She also enjoys going to the movies, listening to jazz, and getting lost in a good book.

Two unforgettable days with SkinCeuticals in New York! ✨

Two days filled with education, inspiration, meaningful conversations, and plenty of fun. Physician’s Insiders 2026 brought together some of the most respected voices in aesthetics, creating an opportunity to share ideas, challenge the way we think, and get a glimpse of where the industry is heading next.

And then came the fun part… 🥂✨

We ended the weekend with an incredible rooftop celebration, Gilded Gotham — a glamorous, Gatsby-inspired evening filled with jazz, ch*****ne, and that unmistakable New York energy.
