Today's Goal! Protein! Protein! Protein!
So I start with my daily collegen (great for our skin ladies) water and 2 egg white bites!

👊16 oz. of water with ice

👊1 sachet of crystal light 10 calories

👊2 sachets of Black Girl Vitamins Collagen Peptides which contains 74 calories, 18 grams protein

👊Starbucks egg white bites which contains 170 calories, 17 grams protein.

Failing to plan is planning to fail! So be consistent Ya'll !

Healing has taught me that I don't have to carry the weight of everything alone.

Fear tells us to fight, control, and hold on tightly. But healing whispers, "Let go. Trust. Float."

Just like floating on water, the moment you stop struggling and trust what is holding you up, you discover a peace you never knew was possible. Releasing fear doesn't mean you won't have challenges—it means you no longer let fear steer your journey.

Today, I choose faith over fear, peace over panic, and trust over control. My healing is teaching me that sometimes the strongest thing you can do is simply surrender... and allow yourself to float. 💙✨
