And now grade 4.

Did you know that I helped a young lady graduate high school and is now in college!!?? Yep grade 8 all the way to grade 12. I'm so proud of her hard work and determination.

See. I'm not the one doing the work.
They are. Your kids are. I'm just helping them focus on what they already know and apply it.

I give them the space to feel comfortable to try, to grow, to apply what YOU and their other teachers have taught them.

I'm just the catalyst. I'm the push they need to get it done.

And I am soooooo grateful that you allow me to help. To watch them "get it"... To pass? To graduate?

Best feeling EVER.

✅ However... I should add. I had a 6 person waiting list last year... It is now 11. I am doing my very best to find time to help everyone. I realize the need is far greater than I have time or space for.

But I am working on group sessions or other options to help. Thank you for always referring me.. I appreciate you ❤️

Each of my workouts focus on 4 things :

1. Flexibility
2. Mobility
3. Strength
4. Pride and joy

Warm up and cool down are non negotiable. They allow your body and muscles to move through movements without injury.... Much like letting your vehicle warm up prior to driving.

Proper form is absolutely crucial for performance and capturing the reward of the movement.

Maintaining and building your strength and lifting capabilities is so important at any age.

And finally, love. Love for myself, love for the process, love for the journey and its challenges.

You got this. Don't stop. ❤️

No no... Summer isn't over yet , but it's never too early to get organized!

Guess what? I found new stickers kids!!👍

Man. When I started this business 6 years ago during a pandemic, I didn't think about the kids I work with graduating high school and finishing public school.

What a mixed bag of emotions uh?
😫😁

Soooo proud of them!
But also means they've gained the skills to do it on their own. Guess it's good to not be needed in this line of work. 🤔😒 Means I did my job right!

Don't forget I'm just a call or text away kids.

Go fill your destinies and be the best you can be. And remember you will fall, you will fail, but it's how we get back up and what we learned in that process that shapes what happens next.

You got this. You CAN do hard things.

Congratulations to all my kids passing this year and going onto the next adventure. I'm so so proud of you.

Thank you for asking me to help you grow.

Had cottage cheese due tomorrow and have been meaning to try the endless viral recipes I see with them.

So here's the 2 ingredient cottage cheese bagels.

And the verdict?

(even the other two taste testers agree!) 😊

Have been asked never to buy other bagels again. Lol

Hi everyone! Happy New Year! ❤️

Just wanted to touch base before the kids go back to school....

✅Seniors... EQAO and exams start soon.. I'll be hosting specific sessions to help you study and prep for them. I'm thinking Saturday mornings at 1030 at the West Lorne library.
This is ON TOP of our regular learning during the sessions. **If you're interested in those let me know, bring a friend and we will work together. (cost to be determined)

✅Juniors... I will be in touch for our sessions. Will be business as usual and I'd like us to work hard to get those next term reports improved to where we know they can be! **Remember to try and read everything you see.. Labels, recipes, newspapers, etc.. It all helps us practice.

➡️Think we will wait til the week of the 12th to resume and as usual.. PLEASE don't attend if you feel unwell or have recently been sick. I will do the same as you minimize the germ spread. 🤧

***Parents/families on my wait list. I am working on that learning package for you to work on with your kids..will reach out once it's complete.. I didn't forget about you!! Thank you for your patience. ❤️

June will be here before we know it... So let's put on our thinking caps and get to work.

Hi all! :)

Just a qwik update on product orders this holiday season.

As some of you know, I started a new job with CIBC as a Mortgage Advisor Assistant back in June and have been tutoring and coaching the kids as well.... In fact, I am out of hours and unfortunately have a waiting list!!
(Sorry to those of you I can not help right now) :(
So I work every morning for CIBC and every afternoon for Healthy ME. Saturdays too!!

Needless to say, I have been swamped. Hence, me not making anything all year long and just now posting about what is available.
*sigh

SO .....if you would like anything please ask.

But what I was considering making was the Christmas Ribbon soap, the small gingerbread guys for the kids and the Tub Tea. I do have an assortment of scents - and was going to focus on Eucalyptus and Lavender.

No pressure to order; just thought I should post about it in case you wanted to order like you do every year!! LOL

Guess being too busy is a good problem to have - sometimes.
Unless it gets in the way of my exercising - then I quit!!!!! HAHA

(funny not funny :) )

Anywho - take care and stay warm ~ its blustery out there!!

Meal/snack prep makes staying on track with my nutrition so much easier..

Hey you guys! Thanks for being patient with me while I took some time off this week. Boy did I need that time to clear my mind and regroup.

You ever do that? Be alone with yourself to think? To reflect and regroup your thoughts and life choices?

I HAVE to do it regularly or I get overloaded and scattered. If I don't exercise and spend time WITH myself ON myself I get pretty miserable to be quite honest. (did you see the tshirt I bought with it on it?!?!? LOL)

So thank you.

And this time away has opened the thought processes of what comes next for my students and the products and services of this business (that is FIVE YEARS old btw :) )

So over the next little bit you will see a shift in things as I navigate what's next for me.

I appreciate your endless support, and encouraging words and feedback - this is my busiest year and look forward to what's to come!
