Del Soul isnโ€™t fancy for the sake of being fancy. Itโ€™s warm, comfortable, a little eclectic, and intentionally feels more like home than a traditional spa.

Every room has its own personality, filled with pieces weโ€™ve collected over the years, soft lighting, cozy touches, and plenty of character.

We want you to walk in, immediately exhale, and feel like you can just be here for a while.

No pretenses. No stuffiness. Just really good treatments in a really cozy little house. ๐ŸคŽ

Itโ€™s officially getting to that time of year when the fireplace is on, the spa is warm, and leaving after your appointment becomes significantly harder.

Thereโ€™s just something about walking into our little house, getting cozy in your robe, and slowing down for a few hours while the fire is going.

Fall at Del Soul just hits different. ๐ŸคŽ

Come get cozy with us.

The only problem with leaving the spa? You have to leave the spa.

So we keep our shelves stocked with little ways to bring some of that Del Soul feeling homeโ€”from FarmHouse Fresh bath goodies and skincare to some of our favorite self-care finds.

Grab something for your next bath, add a little treat to a gift, or just buy yourself the damn bath bomb. You deserve nice things. ๐ŸคŽ
Shop our retail favorites next time youโ€™re in!

Itโ€™s officially Season of the Witch at Del Soul. ๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ”ฎ

The fireplace is glowing, the treatment tables are warm, the lights are low, and our cozy little house is entering its absolute best season.

Come hide from the chilly weather, get under a warm blanket, book the massage or facial, and stay in your robe just a little longer than necessary.
Fall was made for Del Soul. ๐ŸคŽโœจ

Another familiar face for Meet a Member Monday! ๐Ÿค Allow us to reintroduce Sara, our Director of Operations for Eliana Spa and Del Soul Spa.

Saraโ€™s love for the spa industry started at seventeen while training as a nail technician at The Nail Spa in Ellington, CT. During her ten years at the salon, she studied massage therapy and graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2003. Since then, sheโ€™s worked alongside a chiropractor, owned her own practice, and taught massage therapy for various programs throughout the state.

Sara has grown with our company, becoming a working manager at Del Soul in 2020 before stepping into her role as Director of Operations for both locations. She brings twenty-six years of industry experience, wisdom, and heart to supporting our team and caring for the places you come to unwind.

When Sara isnโ€™t working, you can find her on her yoga mat or cooking dinnerโ€”with a glass of w**e in handโ€”for her husband and two girls.

Weโ€™re so grateful to have her as part of our spa family! ๐Ÿค

A little sign with a pretty solid reminder.

Enjoy it all. The quiet. The massage. The facial. The mimosa. The extra ten minutes in your robe because youโ€™re not quite ready to go back to real life yet.

Life moves fast. Your time at Del Soul doesnโ€™t have to.
Come in, slow down, and enjoy every damn minute of it. โœจ

Thereโ€™s a massage table with your name on it.

Warm blankets, dim lights, quiet music, and 60 or 90 minutes where your only responsibility is to lie there. Honestly, when was the last time anyone asked so little of you?

Whether you need relaxation, some serious work on those shoulders, or simply an excuse to disappear for a whileโ€”weโ€™ve got you.

Book the massage. Your body will thank you. ๐ŸคŽ

A little reminder that we have been doing this for a while. ๐Ÿฅน

Over the years, these walls have held awards, milestones, celebrations, really long days, incredible team members, and thousands of guests who trusted us with their time and their self-care.

But through all the growth and change, Del Soul has stayed exactly what we wanted it to be from the beginning: small, personal, a little quirky, and full of soul.

Weโ€™re pretty proud of this little spa and everything thatโ€™s happened inside it. ๐ŸคŽ
