Dissolving gives us the opportunity to remove unwanted or poorly positioned filler, allow the lips to settle, and then reassess the natural anatomy before deciding if, where, and how much filler should be added back.

The goal isn’t to put as much filler into the lips as possible. The goal is to create beautiful shape, proportion, definition, and balance, and sometimes the best way to move forward is to first create a cleaner foundation.

A good treatment plan may occasionally mean saying “not yet”.🤍
