Your everyday shopping can make an everyday difference.

LLM is now part of Walmart Spark Good Round Up, which means you can support Lord’s Legacy Life Ministries while you shop online at Walmart.

When you choose LLM as your preferred charity, you can round up your eligible purchases to the nearest dollar at checkout. Those small cents can add up to meaningful support for the individuals and families we serve.

It’s simple, affordable, and an easy way to give back right from your regular shopping.

How to support LLM through Walmart Round Up:
1. Visit Walmart.com or open the Walmart app
2. Search for Lord’s Legacy Life Ministries in Spark Good
3. Select LLM as your preferred charity
4. Turn on Round Up at checkout
Small change. Real impact.

Meet our friend Timmy!

Timmy attends ADT each day and brings plenty of personality with him.

He loves music and dancing, sitting outside no matter how hot it gets, and chocolate. He also takes his vacuuming seriously. Timmy helps vacuum at ADT and at home, and he is always quick to remind everyone that he has work to do.

One of the coolest things about Timmy is how much he remembers. He may not see what is happening around him, but he hears everything and remembers it.

We love the joy, humor, and hard-working spirit Timmy brings to LLM every day.

Show Timmy some love in the comments!

💜💛 A paycheck is important. But a paycheck with PURPOSE? That changes everything!

At Lord’s Legacy Life Ministries, we believe taking care of the people who care for others matters!

✨ WEEKLY PAY – Because you shouldn’t have to wait two weeks for payday!

💰 MONTHLY BONUSES – Your hard work deserves to be recognized and rewarded!

📅 FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING – Because we know you have a life outside of work!

💜 MEANINGFUL WORK – Make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable people to join our Direct Support Professional (DSP) team!

Whether you’re a college student, looking for additional income, or ready for a career that truly matters, there may be a place for you at Lord’s Legacy!

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to have a heart for people. 💜

What a way to kick off the fall season! ⚾️

Our first Miracle League game of the fall was full of smiles, encouragement, teamwork, and so many great moments with our friends at LLM.

We love opportunities like this that bring people together, build confidence, create memories, and remind us how much fun community can be.

A huge thank you to Tyler W. for capturing the game and putting together this slideshow so we could share a little of the day with all of you.

We are already looking forward to the next game!

Dinner out can do a little more good. 💜

When you purchase a Bluegrass Hospitality Group gift card through givebhg.com and select Lord’s Legacy Life Ministries, 20% of your purchase comes back to support LLM.

That means your next meal at places like Malone’s, Harry’s, Drake’s, Aqua Sushi, or OBC Kitchen can help support the work happening here every day.

It’s an easy way to enjoy something you already love while giving back to a mission that matters.

Visit givebhg.com, choose your gift card and amount, then select Lord’s Legacy Life Ministries.

Thank you for supporting LLM and the friends we serve!

Volunteer at LLM

You do not need a special title to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

Sometimes it looks like sharing a skill, helping with an activity, joining us for an event, lending a hand behind the scenes, or simply spending time with our friends.

At Lord’s Legacy Life Ministries, volunteers help create more opportunities for connection, growth, joy, and belonging for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

If you have time, a talent, or simply a heart to serve, there is a place for you here.

Come serve with us. Help someone feel seen, supported, and included.

Interested in volunteering? Reach out to LLM to learn how you can get involved.

Love like Jesus. Challenge to Grow. Equip to Thrive.

🚗🫧 YOU HELPED US RAISE $300! 🫧🚗

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by, donated, shared our post, and supported our recent Lord’s Legacy Life Ministries Car Wash!

Together, we raised $300 toward our DSP Appreciation Event this month! 🎉

Our Direct Support Professionals pour so much into the lives of the individuals we serve every single day, and we LOVE getting the opportunity to pour back into them. 💙

Every car washed and every dollar donated helped us make this month’s celebration a little more special.

Thank you for showing up for the people who show up for others every single day. We are so grateful for our LLM community! 🤍

DSP Appreciation: Heidi

Heidi brings creativity, encouragement, and a fresh perspective to the way she serves.

She has a gift for thinking outside the box and finding new ways to help participants work toward their goals. She sees possibilities, encourages growth, and often helps people accomplish things in ways they may not have expected.
We are grateful for the thought, creativity, and encouragement Heidi brings to LLM and to the participants she serves.

Help us celebrate Heidi in the comments!
