We gathered for our monthly Soul Sister Sunday event on Zooklandia for a day to honor ourselves and fill our cups ToGetHer.
The day begins early with facilitators arriving to set up their tools, we sage and begin with a tea offering as we set intentions and do a wee bit of sharing.
Next we stretch and move our bodies getting our energy flowing before transitioning into Ceremonial Breath followed by a potluck, dance session and ended the day with a magical foot blessing with water, flowers, salts and oils.
πŸ’šβœ¨οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸŒŠπŸŒ³πŸŒ¬πŸ‘£πŸŒΉπŸŽΌπŸ’ƒπŸͺΆπŸ¦‹πŸ’œ
This time to a slow down, be present and hold space for our SiSTAR's is always such a blessing and leaves our heart's full of so much Love and Gratitude!!
Thank you to the ladies who joined us in person and all our love to those who sent their love from afar. πŸŒπŸ’ž

There's not much I can say that hasn't been said already....
Each time we gather on Zooklandia to hold space for other's to heal themselves is absolutely magical!!!πŸ’žπŸŒ³πŸŒΉπŸŽΌβœ¨οΈπŸͺΆ
Wild Wednesday this week was no different, some arrived with a gentle rain greeting them, possibly just the time we needed to dance and let the waves settle inside ourselves from the flow of life that we have been feeling. Others arrived after they had planned but always right on time.πŸŒ§πŸ’“
Each step of the gathering bringing us closer together from the mud soaks on our πŸ‘£ surrounded by nature🌳, tea and intentionsβ˜•οΈ, stretching our bodies to gently get our energy flowing before Ceremonial Breath🌬, dancing it outπŸ’ƒ and integrating the evening while we ate.✨️
Our heart's are soo full at the idea that this is the type of space that we are honored to create and share with others!!
So much Gratitude and Love to the divine soul's that joined us on Wednesday and made these magical moments possible!!

We can't wait to see all those who are called for our next Wild Wednesday on October 28th!

Last Sunday we gathered on Zooklandia for our monthly Soul Sister Sunday gathering.πŸ’“
These gatherings have become such a magical reset not just for those who join us but for the facilitators as well.
Time to slow down, listen to each other, stretch our bodies, go within using Ceremonial Breath, dancing, sharing in a potluck and a sacred water blessing. Who knew that healing ToGetHer could be so magical!!!
