🎉 Scholarship Shoutout! 🎉

Help us give a HUGE shoutout to Skylan Reed, one of our newest scholarship recipients!

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma, Skylan discovered her passion for nursing. She hopes to become an ICU or ER nurse and eventually pursue a career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Her dedication to helping others extends beyond healthcare through her involvement with Royal Family Kids, where she serves as a camp counselor and helps organize fundraising events. She also volunteers with Cleveland County 4-H. Her compassion, dedication, and commitment to her community truly embody the spirit of this scholarship.

Congratulations, Skylan! We are so proud to support you as you continue growing, learning, and making a difference in the lives of others in our community!

One grateful employee of Norman Regional gave testimony about the generous donation of the Oasis Rooms.

“For me, the Oasis room was less of a feature and more of a much-needed breath of fresh air. There’s something almost magical about the way the outside world just, drops away the second you step inside. It became my favorite spot to decompress, where the constant hum of a busy day finally went quiet. I found that those few minutes of genuine peace didn't just help me relax, they actually made me feel more like myself again. It’s a gentle reminder that even in the middle of a chaotic schedule, taking a moment to just be can completely shift your perspective and give you the energy to keep going.”

🎉 Scholarship Shoutout! 🎉

Help us give a HUGE shoutout to Laura Maher, a current Norman Regional employee in the Imaging Department and our newest scholarship recipient!

Laura is pursuing her nursing degree at Oklahoma City Community College with the goal of becoming a registered nurse. Her dedication to healthcare is evident through her 12 years at Norman Regional as a registered CT technologist and her commitment to continuing her career in patient care. Laura also gives back to her community by tutoring fellow nursing students and volunteering with local youth sports teams. Her hard work, determination, and commitment to her family and community truly embody the spirit of this scholarship.

Congratulations, Laura! We are so proud to support you as you continue growing, learning, and making a difference in the lives of others in our community and Norman Regional!

A BIG thank you to ❤️Centric Home Health and Hospice - Norman!

As the cooler weather rolls in, we’re reminded just how thankful we are for generous partners who show up when it matters most!

Centric brought the heat to Norman Regional, serving up hot lunches, snacks, and dessert for more than 1,000 employees! Their entire crew manned the grills for hours, keeping the hamburgers and hot dogs coming and making sure no one was left hungry. 🍔🌭

More than just a meal, they brought smiles, lifted spirits, and reminded our team how much they’re appreciated.

Centric, thank you for filling bellies and partnering with the Foundation to care for the people who care for our community. We’re so grateful to have you in our corner! 🙌❤️

🚗On behalf of the Norman Regional Health Foundation and its Board of Directors, we would like to thank you for the support from the Chevy First Responders program and the continued partnership with Landers Chevrolet of Norman.

Thanks to Landers Chevrolet of Norman's sponsorship, we are closer to funding one Norman Regional emergency response Gator. This vehicle is utilized at local high school and college athletic events and Norman community festivals. Our current Gator is 40 years old, so this was truly needed in our community.🙌

Meet Ally Forbes, our new Marketing Intern at the Norman Regional Health Foundation!

Ally is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and is currently a senior at the University of Oklahoma. She is double majoring in Marketing and Healthcare Business.

She has a passion for storytelling and connecting with others. Ally is especially interested in healthcare marketing because of the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Outside of school and work, Ally enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active and cheering on the Sooners!

We're excited to have Ally on the team and can't wait to see the creativity she brings to the Foundation! 💜
