A health issue no provider talks about.....How high cortisol causes Type 2 Diabetes without eating any sugar!
I teach this on a daily basis, especially to my professional athletes, pushing through the pain with 1 size fits all workouts will cause T2D even if you have 6-pack.
This is why at Trugenex every patients is encouraged to wear a continuous glucose monitor at least 1 month a year to really understand what their body is really doing.
Because when you get your blood tested they are only looking at consumption markers and treating you as a Diabetic
GLUCOSE - 24 hour read on sugar consumption
HbA1c - 3 month read on sugar consumption
Glycated Serum - 2 week read on sugar consumption
The 1 marker your provider DOES NOT check is HOMA-IR, have you entered into insulin resistance.
B/c if you ave and those 3 markers above are normal, your cortisol and inflammation is driving this cascade!

THE TRUTH
If you were born with all your beta cells you are NOT a diabetic and as long as you do NOT start injecting insulin it is reversible.
