Basic Nutrition Guidelines: WATER 💦
Did you know water is the #1 nutritional priority for your child’s health? It makes up 75-85% of their growing brain and is essential for focus, mood, and digestion. Even mild dehydration can cause brain fog, fatigue, and sleep issues! 🧠✨

To keep their body and mind thriving, make sure they’re drinking plenty of pure, filtered water (skip the chlorine and fluoride from the tap). While breast milk is ideal for infants, pure water is the best beverage for kids and adults alike!
