***JUST 3 MORE DAYS TILL THE EVENT OF THE SEASON***

Protectors LEMC Garden State Chapter believes in giving back to those that sacrifice SOOO much for our freedom, so we've partnered with American Legion Riders Post 174 to host "Operation: Help Our Heroes", a fundraiser to benefit the veterans and families affected by the contaminated water at Camp Lejeune. This is a family friendly event and is open to ALL

This event will be on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 from 12p til 5p. American Legion Post 174, 55 Mountainview Blvd, Wayne NJ 07470.

Some of the things you'll see and do...

Food/ Music/ Vendors/ Prizes/ Bounce House

With special appearances by:

Designer/builder Paul Teutul Jr of Paul Jr Designs, and the hit tv series "American Chopper", and actor Joe Lisi of hit tv series such as "The Sopranos", "Third Watch", "Law and Order SVU" and so many more...

We'll also have a live performance by “Release the Houndz”, an amazing line up of vendors (see our flyers), a fur baby adoption event, and a bounce house for the kids.

Make sure to stop by and see Ecto 1 from "Ghostbusters" and the Delorean from "Back to the Future". You'll also have a chance to win a FREE "Ghost Tour of NYC" IN Ecto 1, that's right, IN Ecto 1, for four passengers, where you'll tour filming locations from Ghostbusters, ending at the iconic firehouse, all courtesy of Gotham Cinema Rides

This is going to be an epic event....

$20 donation at registration with proceeds to benefit those affected at Camp Lejeune. Children are FREE

Getting to know Joe Lisi

Joe Lisi is a Marine Corp veteran, who also served 24 years in the New York City Police Department, retiring as a Captain.

After retirement, Joe set off on an acting career that has spanned over 40 years, appearing in Broadway plays such as "Take Me Out", in films such as "Summer of Sam" and "The Sorcerer's Apprentice ", and tv shows such as "The Sopranos", "Third Watch", and "Law and Oder SVU".

This is only a small example of his work, in his filmography, he is easily credited with over 70 appearances in tv and film.

On Saturday May 10th, you'll have the opportunity to meet Joe Lisi in person at Operation: Help Our Heroes

Words cannot express our gratitude to have Joe at this event. But this is the kind of man he is, happy to support his fellow veterans.
