Calling all breastfeeding and pumping mamas!

Have you heard of the 5-5-5 rule?

It’s an easy way to remember how long breast milk can be stored!

🌡️ 5 hours at room temperature

❄️ 5 days in the refrigerator

🧊 5 months in the freezer

Every drop of that liquid gold is precious! Knowing how to properly store your breast milk can help reduce waste and make feeding time a little easier.

Have questions about breastfeeding, pumping, or milk storage? Lin Cook, IBCLC, with Mother’s Helper is here to help!

It’s more than just a childbirth class!

One of our favorite things about our Bradley Method classes is seeing the friendships that develop along the way!

Yes, we spend time learning about natural childbirth, relaxation, labor positions, and how partners can support moms during labor. But there’s so much more to it!

Over the weeks, couples get to know each other, share their excitement (and maybe a few nerves!), ask questions, and prepare for one of life’s biggest adventures together.

And what makes it even sweeter? Those friendships often continue long after the babies arrive!

We love seeing our Bradley families reconnect, share their birth stories, and watch their little ones grow together. Just look at these sweet babies!

Our next Bradley Method class starts October 28!

Wednesdays | 6:30–8:30 PM
Park Circle, North Charleston
$350 per couple

“Sleep when the baby sleeps.” If only it were that simple!

Let’s talk about postpartum sleep!

Between nighttime feedings, recovery, and adjusting to life with a newborn, getting enough rest can feel impossible.

But here’s your reminder, mama: Rest is not a luxury. It’s part of your recovery. 🤍

Accept the help. Let someone else handle the dishes. Give yourself permission to slow down.

You deserve to be cared for, too!
