Life is constantly trying to make us understand that she is with us at all times.
It is true that our external life is a reflexión of our process.
It ok if you get angry or frustrated about your current situation, after that phase is over your inner being is patiently going through a lot of changes, transformation and heart opening moments.
This simple yet recurrent topic of my closet structure collapsing is such a reflexión of what my life is shifting from old structures where I have been used to doing, creating and believing that I was creating everything alone…and that could not be farther from the truth, because Cactus don’t even exist and couldn’t survive alone in the dessert…
Life has been showing me how a shift in perspective opens up the gates of a new chapter wide open.
My boyfriend spent his holiday day working at my home for over 5 hours to help me put this NEW STRUCTURE UP…what a metaphor 🫠. Now beware this is a very busy, high performance executive man, who is very specific and aware where he invests his time and attention.
It all hit me hard at midnight when I was going to sleep and while some might think it is obvious that your man should be helping you, many also know that that doesn’t always happen. Either because the man is not willing or the woman is not open to receive.
Small gestures can change your life.

We are getting together to heal those patterns you have been trying to unravel again and again and for some reason there is still a blind spot in your process that you are not able to visualize.
That spot can be the unconscious dynamic that the family tree keeps protecting in an effort to remain unchanged and known, even if that means chaos in your life.
Through a Holographic Family Constellation session the field presents information for you to clear, untie, accept, understand the deeper dynamic and with that information in the present make a different decision on your next step.

One day out of nowhere you realize how Yoga prepares and makes you resilient for life’s unexpected turns and twists.
Most likely you will come to this realization while you are riding that unexpected wave that just came at you.
Yes! Yoga polishes your inner world and at some point the practice happens outside the hour class you have been taking. All the skills you have acquired are going to be required in the school of life, at your job to face that annoying co-worker you might have, maybe to finally express a limit with a family member,
or giving yourself permission to take time off and go travel or to recognize that your life is indeed awesome and that you are doing well.
Increased Self esteem, resilience and mental flexibility are just some of the gifts Yoga and meditation provide when practicing regularly.

Allow the field to keep working after your Holographic Family Constellation session. ✨

Sometimes we get hooked on retelling the stories, the drama, and the details of what came up. In doing so, we can become distracted from what the experience is inviting us to observe within ourselves.

For the next 3–4 weeks, I invite you to explore keeping those details to yourself. Give yourself space to feel, digest, and notice how you respond to life as the days go by.

Of course, you can mention that you attended a session. The invitation is to resist the urge to explain every detail, while respecting your privacy as well as that of others who shared the space.

You might even forget what you originally constellated. Let yourself notice what shifts without constantly looking for proof. There can be something powerful in allowing an experience time to settle.

A lot of times, the indication that you’re making progress is not necessarily outside of yourself.

Sometimes, the proof is in the consistency you’re developing to keep showing up and building your dream step by step, even when the outside world hasn’t given you the evidence yet that something is changing.

We forget to take our own presence into account.

The fact that you’re still here, still choosing, still taking the next step matters.

Through Holographic Family Constellations, doubt, fear, impostor syndrome and other patterns can be looked at from a middle ground.

We consider the extremes, but we aim for the harmony of the center—a place where we can see more clearly the whole spectrum of possibilities and, from there, choose our next step differently.
