It’s been a wild ride! 60yrs old! Wow I can’t even believe it I don’t know what 60 is supposed to feel like. But I always thought that was old. To my son it is. To me I feel like I’m 35! But my mind, my body and my soul needs to slow down. I like slow now. I like taking time to relax and smell the roses. I appreciate all the things I thought were nonsense. I love where I am! I love my life! I love the people in my life. I have no regrets just lessons. I do my best to live life to the fullest and enjoy every moment. I work hard to live through my heart and love often. I don’t hold grudges but I never forget. I embrace this next chapter and look forward to what life brings. 11:55pm it’s official. So I’m technically still 59 at this moment.(9:38pm). My wish is that we all speak to each other openly , honestly and with love in our hearts. I do my best to live my life that way. Happy 60th birthday to me! Thank you to all those who took the time to reach out via text, SM or call! I appreciate the love! 💗 ❤️

What a great class! Manual Lymphatic Drainage fundamentals. LMT Success Group. Dr. J was the best! His knowledge and wisdom was extremely valuable. He was able to recite and teach us without any difficulty even though his luggage and all his materials were lost. (until today). We had such a great group! Bronwyn Lyman Bronwyn and Brian so happy we could take the class together! ❤️
