Black & Brown men can now enroll in a virtual mental health community created with their unique life experiences in mind 🤝🏾⁠

Seasoned therapists, Brian and Will, had been serving clients for several years when they noticed traditional therapy resources often lacked the cultural competence to truly connect. That’s when they founded

Led by Black male therapists, men can now sign up for group discussion style sessions on topics including:⁠
⁠
👉🏾 Calm & Chaos: how men can clear their heads during stressful times⁠
👉🏾 Strength & Struggle: what men should do when life gets them down, and⁠
👉🏾 Power & Pressure: how men can handle anger in healthy ways.⁠

Starting this Saturday October 24, men can join weekly community discussions for just $11 per session. Spots can also be purchased or donated for someone else through Cover His Seat.⁠
