We have some exciting news!

Therapy Gardens has received a Creative Experiences grant from the Mass Cultural Council To support our new **Global Food & Flavor Experience Series**.

The series will bring people together to explore food, flavor and culture through engaging, hands-on experiences.

We’re looking forward to sharing more as the series comes to life.

This morning, The New York Times published an essay titled “There’s Something Better Than Happiness.”

We think there is, too: an interesting life.

That idea is behind one of our newest programs, A More Interesting Life—a lively look at how curiosity, new experiences, meaningful connections, and having something to anticipate can make life richer at any age.

Happiness comes and goes. Interesting is something we can build.

We ought to make it a point not to stay in our happy place for too long.
