Baby slept for longer than usual and you woke up panicking about whether to pump or not?

First check baby is weeing, pooing and gaining weight as expected - this is absolutely KEY for the advice in this post. If you’re worried about your baby at all, please ALWAYS see your medical provider for support.

Pumping causing sore nips? It’s likely caused by the wrong size fl**ge!!

This is usually because the fl**ges are too big, not too small like for me FYI!

Comment “inserts” for the various sized inserts I use

OR “ruler” for my free printable n!pple ruler.

Ps. Ignore the music at the beginning, turns out babies WAYYYY prefer the music you listened to during pregnancy compared to lullabies!!!
