This guy.. When you see connections made across all areas of life, I can't help but jump for joy!! Some movements may seem silly, not that big of deal.. But for This dude.. He was in Cali at a conference and he was able to surf for the first time, the instructor asked him to plank on that board in the water, and what did Adam do?
