Only a few days until the Elemental Alchemy Air event in the cardinal sign of Libra. This event includes breath work, mudras, ritual, guided meditation and sound healing. Hope to see you there on September 26th at 11:30.

🌬️ ELEMENTAL ALCHEMY: AIR
Awakening the Heart & Expanding the Mind

What happens when we create space to breathe, open our hearts, and allow new ideas and possibilities to move through us?

Join Stephanie & Ericka of High Vibes MKE, co-hosted with Colleen of The Energetic Connection , for an afternoon of energy work, sound, ritual, and connection as we explore the element of Air and its relationship to the heart and mind.

Air reminds us that movement is necessary, that the mind needs space, and that the heart can expand when we allow ourselves to soften, release, and receive.

✨ What we'll experience together:

🫶 Mudras for Awakening the Heart & Mind
Mudras are subtle hand gestures used to guide energy and expand consciousness. We've chosen specific mudras to help awaken and expand the heart, cultivate compassion and self-trust.

🥁 An Elemental Air Drum Circle
We'll work with chimes, thunder tubes, bells, and drums to help focus our energy, create space and freedom within our energetic fields, and invite movement and expansion.

🪶 Feather Clearing
A cleansing ritual to refresh and expand our energy bodies and auras, helping us release what feels heavy and make room for fresh energy.

⭕ Circle Reversal
A practice to help seal our work, redirect our energy, and create space for new ideas and opportunities to emerge.

💗 Channeled Air & Heart Meditation + Sound Bath
We'll close our time together with a beautiful channeled meditation and sound bath, inviting the energy of Air to bring the heart and mind cohesion into balance.

This is an opportunity to step away from the noise, connect with your breath, move some energy, and explore what becomes possible when you create a little more room within yourself.

Come breathe, release, expand, and make space for what wants to unfold. 🌬️
