The Fed just raised interest rates 🚨 — and if you're trying to buy in the East Bay, this might actually be good news for you.

In reality, one of the biggest surprises for first-time buyers in the Bay Area is learning how much happens beyond what you see online.
Some things buyers don't expect:
• Homes can move quickly depending on neighborhood and demand.
• Online estimates don't always reflect current market conditions.
• Every East Bay neighborhood has its own pace and personality.
• Touring homes in person often changes everything.
The goal isn't to rush into buying a home—it's understanding how the process works so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
