Happy Valentine’s Day. 💕

This morning, I sent my email community a little salty-sweet Valentine’s treat:

🍓 Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bites 🍫

Creamy. Lightly sweet. Finished with a touch of flaky sea salt.

If you’d love the recipe, drop a ❤️ below and I’ll send it your way.

And if you’d like to be part of my email community so you never miss these little gifts, let me know... I’d love to welcome you in.

So many of us assume that managing our midlife weight changes is about having enough willpower or discipline...but there’s much more to the story.

In this free masterclass, we’ll talk about:
• 3 hidden reasons our metabolism slows after 40
• why approaches that worked before don’t work the same now
• what your body may need in this season of life
• supportive ways to feel more in control without extremes
📅 Sunday, January 4
🕑 2–3 PM EST
💻 Live on Zoom

This is a warm, judgment-free conversation designed for real women seeking clarity, not another extreme plan.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT

Today, I’m opening enrollment for the beta experience of my new program, The Weight Loss Breakthrough System.

This experience was created for professional women 40+ who have been navigating midlife body changes for some time and are ready for a more thoughtful, supportive way forward — especially alongside other motivated, like-minded women.

I’m inviting just 5 women to join me for a 12-week beta experience that includes:
• Full access to the Weight Loss Breakthrough System
• Group coaching
• 1:1 coaching support
• A special beta rate for a limited time

If you’re curious whether this approach is right for you, the next step is a Metabolic Insight Session — a personalized, non-medical conversation to explore what your body may need now and whether this experience is a good fit.

Limited appointments are available.

Tomorrow is the day.

I’ve spent months digging into what really drives weight gain and low energy in midlife, and I’m finally sharing the discoveries that changed everything for me and the women I coach.

If you’ve tried the plans, the shakes, the supplements, or even the injections and still feel the same — especially around that midlife belly softening — this Masterclass will help you understand why.

It’s time to get clear on what your body is actually telling you.

Comment TOMORROW if you need the link.

I used to think weight gain after 40 was about willpower or eating less of the foods I enjoy.

But I was completely wrong.

Everything changed when I learned how perimenopause slows our metabolism and why so many of us feel like our bodies have suddenly “changed the rules.”

This insight didn’t just reshape my own journey…
it transformed how I help women 40+ who are tired of feeling frustrated, stuck, or unsure where to begin.

Because once you understand what’s actually going on, you can choose your next steps with confidence.

✨ I’m breaking this down inside my FREE Masterclass on Thursday, December 11.

If you’re ready to stop wasting time on things that don’t work and start learning what does, comment MASTERCLASS below."
