✨ Elevate. Compress. Support your circulation. 🦵🤍
If your legs ever feel heavy, tired, achy, or swollen after a long day, a little extra support may make a difference.
Two simple wellness practices I’ve been incorporating are elevating my legs up the wall + wearing compression socks. 🌿
Leg elevation may help:
✨ Reduce swelling & discomfort
✨ Support healthy circulation and lymphatic flow
✨ Relieve tired, heavy legs
✨ Support recovery after workouts or long days
✨ Give you a few minutes to slow down and relax
Compression socks can also provide gentle, graduated pressure that helps support blood flow and may reduce swelling—especially during long periods of sitting or standing, travel, or certain health conditions.
Conditions such as chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, lymphedema, POTS, and some forms of edema may benefit from leg elevation and/or compression therapy when recommended by a healthcare professional. 🤍
Sometimes wellness really is about the little things we do consistently. 🌱
Save this post for the next time your legs need a little extra TLC.✨
This post is for general education only and isn’t medical advice. Compression isn’t appropriate for everyone, and the right compression level can vary, so check with your healthcare provider if you have a medical condition or significant/unexplained swelling.
