I didn't even know it existed.

A few days ago, someone sent me a TikTok and said, Sam have you seen this? I hadn't. So I clicked play, and it was one of my QHHT clients talking about her past life regression session with me. She was just herself, being honest about her hypnosis experience, and sharing it with her own audience.

She talks about what actually happens in the session and how it's nothing like what they show in the movies. She talks about the exact moment her body reacted to a memory before her mind even understood why. She talks about her own analytical, science-driven skeptisism trying to talk herself out of what she was feeling in real time. And she aslo talks about the part usually no one shares publicly about what the days after a regression actually feel like. I think this candid sharing is very important.
