As we welcome the first day of fall, we’re celebrating the people who make every season at Aviata meaningful—our dedicated team members, the residents and patients we have the privilege to serve, and the families who place their trust in us.

Across our Aviata centers, a new season means more opportunities to create meaningful experiences, strengthen connections, celebrate our teams, and continue delivering compassionate, exceptional care.

Here’s to a season of growth, gratitude, and plenty of memorable moments. 💛🍂

We are proud to recognize Caroline Baez, Holly Chudyk, Kathy Paul, and Chanel Steptoe on their acceptance into the Florida Health Care Association’s Florida Leaders Program Class of 2027.

The Florida Leaders Program brings together emerging leaders from across Florida’s long-term care profession for a year of professional development, collaboration, and leadership growth.

Their selection reflects the leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence each brings to Aviata Health Group and, most importantly, to the residents, families, and team members we serve.

We look forward to supporting Caroline, Holly, Kathy, and Chanel throughout this experience and seeing how they continue to grow, lead, and make an impact across our organization and the long-term care profession.

Congratulations to the Class of 2027. We are ! 👏

Today, we gathered in remembrance of September 11, 2001—a day that forever changed our nation.

Through a special ceremony with our patients and team members, we took time to honor the lives lost, recognize the courage of our first responders, and reflect on the strength and unity shown in the days that followed.

We will never forget.
