20% OFF SOFTGELS UNTIL THEY'RE GONE!

New Federal regulations go into effect on December 11 that re-define legal C*D products. Synthetically converted products such as Delta 8 and 10, drink products containing THC, and basically all THC products sold outside of a legal Cannabis dispensary will be illegal to purchase nationwide. In addition, packages of C*D products can now contain no more than .4% THC, even though they may contain less than .3% THC per piece which is the current law.

Our 50mg C*D Softgels are impacted by this new regulation. They contain less than .3% THC per piece, but multiplied by 30 pieces in a jar, exceed the new .4% THC package limit.

We will continue to offer 50mg Softgels, but the new products will be 100% THC-free. If you would like to stock up on Softgels with THC, we are selling our remaining inventory at a 20% discount until gone or December 10, whichever comes first.

The rest of our products contain no THC so are not impacted by this new regulation.

To get 20% off your next purchase of Softgels, enter SOFTGELS in the Coupon Code space at checkout on www.SoggyBottomH**p.com. Get the discount online, or at any pop-up event or Farmers Market until December 10, 2026, or inventory is gone.
