Tickets are $100 per person and include an open bar, delicious heavy hors d ‘Oeuvres, live entertainment by Singer and Saxophonist, Everett Spells with a front-row view of the sunset over the bay.
The Macky & Pam Stansell House of Coastal Hospice is a state-of-the-art hospice residence and community outreach center in Berlin that will offer beds for terminally ill patients, palliative care, counseling, grief support, and community wellness programs. Founded in 1980, Coastal Hospice is a nonprofit health care organization that cares for individuals facing life-limiting conditions but who want to remain as active and engaged as possible. Coastal Hospice cares for patients in their home, nursing home, assisted living facility or at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. The organization serves Wicomico, Worcester, Dorchester and Somerset counties.

National Purple Heart Day offers Americans a special opportunity to say “Thank You” to the nearly two million brave men and women who fought for our nation’s freedom and bear the physical scars of war. On this day we honor those recipients. We have many veterans in our community, but one resident in particular deserves a special “Thank You” today as he is a Purple Heart recipient.
