We are excited to announce the opening of our newest P4 Physical Therapy location in Hartford, Alabama. We are also proud to welcome Jessica Smith, PT, DPT, who will be serving patients at this location starting on October 26th!

As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: providing exceptional, personalized care that helps our patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love.

This past Sunday, members of our P4 Physical Therapy Odenville team had the opportunity to volunteer with Backpack Buddies, an organization dedicated to fighting food insecurity for children in St. Clair County.

We are so thankful to the Odenville Chamber of Commerce for connecting us with this wonderful organization! We love being able to serve our community both inside and outside the clinic! 💙

We’re excited to introduce Jessica Smith, PT, DPT, local owner of our new P4 Physical Therapy Hartford location!

Jessica grew up in Skipperville, Alabama, and graduated from George W. Long High School before earning her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Faulkner University. Now calling Hartford home with her husband, John, Jessica is especially excited to serve the community that means so much to their family.

We’re so excited to have Jessica leading our Hartford clinic and can’t wait to see the impact she makes in the community! 💙
