This study that shares found that not only does cold plunge increase dopamine by 250% but also found that cold plunging increases metabolic rate by 350%. The benefits of cold plunge are really amazing!

It was also interesting to learn that many things like social media or a piece of chocolate can cause a quick spike in dopamine, but generally, dopamine levels come right back down to baseline or below. Cold plunge increases dramatically but also stays that way for 4 hours, never dropping below baseline. These are benefits you can feel and enjoy every day!

Cold plunging initially triggers a "fight or flight" response, leading to heightened stress levels. Repeated exposure and adaptation to cold water improves your ability to handle stress. As a result, cold exposure becomes a valuable tool for gradually reducing stress in everyday situations.
