Thank you to the six beautiful people who joined me for today’s sound bath at Odessa Wellness. Thank you for showing up as you are, for your trust, and for sharing this quiet time together.

As the last vibrations settled and we gathered for tea, our closing blessing offered a reminder I needed, too: autumn teaches us that letting go can be beautiful. The trees release their leaves without knowing what winter will bring. There is something deeply comforting in that trust.

Today, we made room to soften our grip on old expectations, burdens, and stories to honor what they have taught us while allowing ourselves space for rest, healing, and possibility. Watching our written words meet the flame made that intention feel tangible: acknowledging what we’ve carried and choosing what we are ready to release.

With the warmth of tea in our hands, we paused to appreciate the simple gift of being here together. These moments remind me why I love sharing this practice. I’m part of the letting go, the learning, and the becoming, too.

May we carry a little of today’s stillness with us. May our hearts feel lighter, our roots feel stronger, and may we give ourselves permission to move at the pace of our own becoming. 🍁 🍂💛
