When I was young I engaged in risky behavior. Alcohol, drugs, stealing, cheating, NYC club kid life in the 90's, running around NYC rooftops of places I was not supposed to be. Then there were su***de attempts...

I had a death wish. I was acting out.

But really it was me pushing the limits of life. I was also a good student, following a predetermined prescribed path. I earned a PhD and MBA, published papers, climbed the corporate ladder.

I played both worlds well....which prepared me for now.

I realized I still engage in risky behavior, but it is a different game now.

I overhauled a life that looked successful from the outside with husband, kid, house, lucrative growing career...to figure myself out.

I put logic aside to feel, to be curious, deprogram, and educate myself outside the system.

I changed my belief system about almost everything.

I bend spoons and magnetize them to walls. I practice reading blindfolded.

I explore unusual ways for the body to heal, regulate, maintain.

I strive to be the best version of me - authentically me - and ascend as far as I can. My desire for spirutual liberation led me to physical libration from contracts, dead system architecture, and programmed ways of being. I study law, terrain, sanskrit and mantra, science and so much more.

I take more risks with energy - I rest when rest is needed, even if inconvenient. I work in the etheric realm both inside and outside the body. I invest my money in unconventional ways. I write letters to the IRS.

I am still pushing the limits of life and reality. I now clearly see how successful science business woman by day, party monster by night helped me develop the dedication, discipline, study and high levels of risk tolerance.

I guess I like high stakes games in this game of life.

If we are not here to play, what are we here for?

So I ask you....

How are you playing in life?

You don't need to take big risks, but you can learn to have fun being uncomfortable.

Here's the hard truth: We aren't here to coast through life. Earth School is no joke.

We are here to change the game. And we do that by playing.

Game of dice, anyone?

And I listened.

Love had a very clear message:

Have you noticed that the focus on money has grown?

The price of milk, eggs, or gas

Setting yourself up for the great wealth transfer

Building economies to stay decentralized in an increasing centralized system

The tax you pay to buy, maintain, sell, import and do business. The tax paid to leave assets to people after you die.

Threats of economic crashes, continued war economy, dedollarization, and inflation.

At the same time...

We live in a magical world where people unable to function in this phyiscal world through their bodies are meeting on an etheric hill and discussing the highest forms of thought and showing us a greater reality.

We live in a world where everyday people are reading with a blindfold, bending spoons, magnetizing everything and anything to walls, moving items with their mind just to show what is possible.

And while the masses poo poo ritual, energy, astrology, dimensions as woo woo we live in a world where occult rituals are being blasted out through music, movies, sports, fashion, and CERN opens portals, changes our reality, and shows us exactly what they are doing.

Everything is hidden in plain sight...

And we are still obsessing over how much money we can accumulate. The lower and middle class on survival. The upper and uber wealthy on having more - because enough is never enough.

I don’t think the constant fixation on money is accidental.

A population consumed with money keeps attention occupied and reduces capacity to discover what human beings may actually be capable of.

What would happen if even 10% of humanity put as much attention into developing consciousness, intuition, healing, perception, creativity, and human potential as we put into earning and accumulating money?

Money matters.

We need it to move through the world as it exists now.

The limitation isn’t money itself, but the focus of attention because money is not the only currency.

Attention is currency.
Energy is currency.
Consciousness is currency.

We pay with these currencies in every moments.

Maybe the real wealth transfer isn’t about who ends up with the money.

Maybe it’s about where humanity focuses itself next.

You can't build a new world using old world energy.

That is what I had been trying to do - using discipline, determination, boundaries, perserverance, structure, and more - just under a new guise.

These qualities aren't bad, wrong or old. But underneath these structures is an energy field. That energy field was an old world energy. One that used my head instead of my heart.

And that kept me attached to old stories, old frameworks, old traumas - repeating cycles and patterns out of comfort of the familiar and known. Even though I had transformed completely, there were deeper and deeper layers.

The universe asks me, how deep do you want to go? Because there is always another layer.

And with each layer, the frequency becomes lighter. Decisions come faster. The Yes and No's are clear. Slow becomes the fast lane. Emotions are liberating. Alignment is a non negotiable. And surrender, trust, and faith become your best friends. They never let you down.

To those just starting, that can feel like a narrow path. But the more you release the old and create in a new energetic field, the more liberated you feel. Like a wizard in a muggle world. It's not better or worse. Just a different dimension of reality, all intertwined together.

Building a new world is not an easy task. It takes time to process, release, integrate, and embody.

Stepping out of an old energy grid takes a lot of courage. It means being fully responsible and self goverened, and always knowing without a doubt, that all of it is in your favor.

Stepping into an unknown world, making inconvenient and uncommon choices gets easier with every step, but requires constant awareness and consciousness.

It takes reframing your thoughts, embodying your words, and staying fluid in alignment.

These are not easy times, and not for the feint of heart (IYKYK). It has been challenging in the most unexpected ways. And it has been the most empowering, sovereign, and beautiful time.

It's time to take up space
To be heard
To be seen
To be messy
To be authentic, in integrity, aligned, grounded, loving, and fully present.

Be fully unapologetically you.

And from that space create & build something new.

Do you want to know the biggest act of rebellion you can do?

Go outside, be in nature, and breathe slowly and consciously.

You can regulate your nervous system, make more conscious choices, and be self governed through the simple act of conscious breath.

Be still and breathe.

Slowing down, resting, breathing slowly and deeply are all acts of rebellion in a matrix that needs you to move, do, and obey to extract that life force from you.

But the power lies within. Don't have the space, bandwidth, or ability to take a lot of time for yourself?

No problem. Stop right now and close your eyes. Take a deep slow breath feeling your chest and belly expand for a count if 3. Hold for a count, and exhale for a count of 3. If you can repeat a few more breaths, but one is just fine.

With a simple slow breath, you have already reclaimed your power.

It is all within you. You are powerful. đź’Ą

For years, mantra practice has been teaching me that sound is not passive.

It carries force.

It shapes us.
It organizes us.
It creates.

More recently, Varaha and Narasimha—two powerful and often misunderstood deities (like Kali)—entered my field.

It turns out they are directly connected to what I have been exploring around sound, language, sovereignty, and reality.

Varaha teaches the creative power of sound - a vibration powerful enough to restore Earth to order.

Before language, there is vibration. Sound gives it form.

Narasimha is different.

His story plays with the limits of language itself.

You can define.
Categorize.
Create boundaries.
Try to account for every possibility.

And still...

there is the space after “Yes, and.”

The possibility you didn't account for.

I think about this a lot because so much of what we call reality is held together through language.

Names.
Definitions.
Agreements.
Stories.
Things repeated often enough that we stop questioning whether they are actually true. Or what they really mean.

Words are powerful.

But knowing the “right” words is not power.

Coherence is. Your vibration and alignment precede your words.

Thought.
Sqpeech.
Action.

When those three contradict each other, we scatter ourselves.

When they align, there is force.

This is where self-mastery and sovereignty meet.

Not in controlling the world around us, but in becoming conscious of what we give our attention to, what we speak, and what we reinforce through the way we live.

We are already creating with sound every day...

The question is do you know what the sound you create is giving power to?

Grief is not linear.

All I remember after my brother died was that the first time I cried was days later at the funeral when my friend's mother hugged me. I was 12, he was 10. Due to the genetic disease he had, I knew it was coming, but it was still a shock.

My sister died of the same disease - I was 15, she was just shy of 9. My parents dropped me off at school the next day and went to work. The teachers asked me why I was there. I said I was fine. I was frozen in trauma. Feeling was too much.

Grief was not a part of life. I never mourned the loss of pets, much less siblings.

It wasn't until many decades later did I invite grief in.

And good Goddess, did grief have a lot to say.

Today, I know how to sit with my grief, as it comes in waves and cycles. I let it move through me, without rushing it.

To many around me, esp my family, it can seem like I haven't figured out the "next stage in my life." We have been so programmed to acheive, produce, and move on, that allowing with presence can look like stuck energy.

It's not stuck. It's simply processing and transforming.

A caccoon is not a stuck caterpillar.

The other day, as the sun shone bright on a beautiful day I could not get out of bed. My body hurt with grief mourning the old versiom of me.

Loss of identity as I voluntarily retired from a career I did not enjoy but spent an entire life working towards, as well as mutually ending a 17 year partnership, selling our home, downsizing my life, changing my daughter's life, overhauling my entire belief system, and surrendering to constant uncertainty as I tread uncharted paths.

Then there is the loss of my baby as she moves into her teen years, and the loss of the me I knew as hormones drastically shift in my body.

My mind says "get out of bed & do something", but the grief says "be still."

And when I allow myself to feel, I realize I am still that young child in mourning, scared, confused, angry at God, myself, the world.

No wonder I don't want to get out of bed. Grief has something to say.

So I stay in bed and feel.

That is more productive than anything else I could have done.

In that stillness of feeling, I can finally breathe.

I remembered an one of life's greatest paradoxes while on a solo camping trip...

The fear of death is essentially a fear of living.

We naturally fear death. But that fear causes us to desire certainty, control, and stick to what we know. It results in people outsourcing authority, staying in victim mode, and seeking a safe, often average, life.

So many people miss out on the range of emotions that lie at the extremes - the moments when God is met in those lowest of lows and the highest of highs. Those moments are found out of our comfort zone.

Of course you can feel the grandiosity of life and God in every day moments - the synchronicity that leaves you inspired, the smell of a flower that opens your senses, or the affectionate nuzzle of a pup - and that happens when we are present, embodied, and allowing life in.

The more we live, truly live, the less we grip onto fear.

The less we grip onto fear, the more risks we take in the desire to experience and feel more.

The less we grip onto fear, the more imperfect we are willing to be.

The more imperfect we are, the more shadows we are willing to acknowledge, see, and integrate.

The more shadow we integrate, the more wholly alive we become. It is through the darkness that the light shines.

It is through death that we have life. It is through life that we get to experience death. When we fear death, we stop the flow of life.

Are you allowing yourself to pause, take in, and smell the flower or is your subconcious that helicopter parent yelling stop watch out for the pollen that could make you sneeze, the bees that could sting, the thorns that could prick, the dirt that could stain, the time that is lost because you are late, and on and on...

Where do you hold yourself back from living? How does your subconscious act - in fear or curiosity?

Where ever you feel stuck in your life, take a look at what maybe needs to die - to be recycled, reformed, or released. What are you holding onto so tightly that it can't breathe life?

Let it become the compost for new life to sprout. Take risks. Be bold. Be brave. Have courage. Trust yourself. Find the power in you.
