Meet Bianca: Bianca Padgett is a licensed massage therapist with over 28 years of experience in the wellness industry, beginning her journey in 1998. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including wellness centers, chiropractic offices, and renowned spas, developing a well-rounded and intuitive approach to wellness and healing.
In addition to massage therapy, Bianca is an esthetician, Reiki practitioner, and certified Life Coach. She holds a Bachelorās degree in Psychology, which complements her holistic philosophy and provides a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind and body.
Every treatment is thoughtfully customized to each individual client. Bianca blends a variety of therapeutic and restorative techniques, including relaxation massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sound healing, hot stones, and energy work. Her approach is intuitive and personalized, allowing each session to meet the client where they are.
Biancaās work is rooted in integrative healing modalities, with a focus on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Her intention is to create a peaceful and supportive space where each client can relax, restore, and reconnect with themselves on their personal wellness journey.
