❤️ An ending, a new beginning, and a season of life I want to be fully present for.
After a lot of thought, prayer, and going back and forth, I’ve officially decided to close Fit by Teddy.
This is not a decision I made lightly. Fit by Teddy is something I’ve poured so much of myself into. I’ve spent countless hours learning, building, programming, researching, coaching, and trying to create something that could genuinely change people’s lives.
And I’m so proud of what it has become. 🥹
But sometimes, you reach a point where you realize that the best thing you can do for something you love is step back and give yourself room to grow.
I want to spend time diving deeper into research, trial and error, and learning how I can do things differently. I want to take the time to figure out what I truly want my coaching business to look like instead of constantly trying to build and improve it while juggling everything else life brings.
And honestly? I want to just be a mom for a while. ❤️
I want to soak up this season with my boys. I want to be present. I want to enjoy my family without feeling like I always need to be working on the next big thing.
With that being said, I don’t want to disappear completely! I still plan on sharing workout videos, pictures, nutrition tips, and things I’ve learned along the way. However, I’ll be doing that when it’s convenient for me and my family, without the pressure of having to post consistently or turn everything into a business. I still love fitness, and I still love helping people learn. I just want to enjoy that passion on my own terms for a while. 🫶🏻
I’ve learned so much through this journey, and I know I still have so much more to learn. My hope is that a few years from now, I’ll return with a clearer vision, more knowledge, better systems, and something even better than Fit by Teddy has been.
Today, I’ll begin canceling client payments and shutting down the business.
To every client who trusted me, every person who supported me, every person who shared my posts, and everyone who believed in what I was building, THANK YOU. You helped make this chapter what it was, and I will always be grateful for that.
This isn’t necessarily goodbye to fitness coaching forever. It’s goodbye to Fit by Teddy as it exists today.
Sometimes, choosing yourself and your family means stepping away from something you worked so hard to build. That doesn’t mean you failed. It means you’re allowing yourself to grow in a different direction.
For now, I’m choosing motherhood, learning, growth, and being present.
Maybe a few years from now, you’ll see Fit by Teddy again, and when you do, I hope it will be better than ever. ❤️
It’s you versus you for them. And right now, that means showing up for my boys in a different way.
Thank you for being part of my story. ❤️
