Responsibilities include:

•Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
•Manage schedules and optimize appointment flow.
•Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries with kindness and efficiency.
•Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.
•Coordinate communication between leadership team, providers, patients, and administrative staff.
•Ensure patient records remain accurate and HIPAA compliant.
•Maintain an organized and inviting clinic environment.
•Help solve problems proactively while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
•Support clinic leadership with administrative projects and daily operations.

As a PT tech you’ll:
• Support our physical therapists during one-on-one treatment sessions
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
• Help patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and encouraged
• Keep our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes
• Provide for moms during their sessions
• Learn about pelvic health and women’s health physical therapy
