Congratulations to Arbor Heights Family Medicine for winning a NHN 2026 Outstanding Clinic Award.

Arbor Heights Family Medicine received the 2026 Outstanding Clinic Award for their strong commitment to delivering high-quality, value-based care through a consistent focus on data connectivity, risk capture and quality improvement. The team has worked closely with its EMR system to support effective data sharing, while providers have participated in lunch-and-learn sessions to strengthen their understanding of the role risk capture plays in value-based care. The clinic also consistently works its gap lists and submits medical records to help close care gaps and improve patient outcomes.
