OneWorld Community Health Centers provides quality, affordable health care for 53,000 patients each year at 20 clinical locations in the Omaha, Nebraska, metro area. Established in 1970, our mission is to partner with the community to provide access to quality health care services for all people. Congratulations to OneWorld’s own Tania Murrell, MSN, RN, AMB-BC, who received a 2026 40 Under 40 Nursing Leadership Award!

Tania, who serves as Associate Director of Nursing, is part of the 2026 class of honorees who were recognized for making meaningful contributions to the profession through clinical excellence, leadership, education, innovation, research, advocacy and service.

We’re proud to have Tania at OneWorld, where her leadership and care make an impact on patients and colleagues alike. The awards were presented by Nebraska Nurses Association and the Nebraska Organization of Nurse Leaders.

With the support of the OneWorld Midwife Group, 43 babies made their entry into this world in September. The provider tallying the most births was the Creighton Obstetrics team (10), followed by OneWorld Certified Nurse Midwife Kara Higgins (5). Kara also delivered the month’s two biggest babies, who both weighed 3828g.
