Starr Ministries Inspiring others to STAND in FAITH, WALK in HOPE & TRUST the PROMISES OF GOD and HIS timing.

It is our goal to encourage & uplift others who are in need of HOPE as they walk through difficult situations. Our testimony "Against All Odds" is a 21 year journey that we walked by FAITH to reach the fulfillment of a promise God. Job 42:2 says "NO PLAN OF GODS can be thwarted" and we will declare HIS mighty works to all who will listen. If you would like us to share our story with your group please contact us to schedule a date. Additionally we have 2 community outreach programs: THE RAPHA BEAR PROJECT which brings the message of who Jehovah Rapha our healer is to those in need of healing & hope and ANGELS ON ASSIGNMENT which is an online resource that helps connect individuals in need to FAITH BASED recovery centers across the country.
