PART II — WHAT WE BUILD BEYOND THE PLAYER ⚽️

Development isn’t only about technique, speed, or performance.

It’s also about the person the player is becoming through the game.

At BR Elite, we develop the person through a process:

ACCOUNTABILITY → DETERMINATION → MENTORING → SUPPORT → FUN ENVIRONMENT → FRIENDSHIP → BUILDING CHAMPIONS

We teach players to take ownership.

We help them keep going when things become difficult.

We mentor beyond the drills and support each player’s individual journey.

We create an environment where players enjoy the work and learn to love the process.

We encourage friendships, teamwork, and meaningful relationships through soccer.

Then we challenge players to carry those values into competition, school, and everyday life.

Because becoming a champion isn’t only about lifting a trophy.

It’s about the character, confidence, discipline, and relationships built along the way.

💪 Stronger character.
🔥 Greater determination.
🧠 More confidence.
🤝 Better teammates.
🏆 Future champions.

We don’t just develop soccer players. We help build confident and accountable young people.

MORE THAN SOCCER.
DEVELOPING PLAYERS. BUILDING PEOPLE.

BALLER ALERT ‼️⚽️

Welcome to BR Elite, Johnny Goubran 🔥🇧🇷

Detailed. Dynamic. Game-specific.

Every rep has a purpose. We focus on the technical details of the game while creating realistic situations that challenge the athlete to think, adapt, express, and execute. 🧠⚽️

It’s not about repeating movements just to get reps in.
It’s about developing players who can recognize situations, make decisions, and execute under pressure. 🫡🚀

WE TRAIN LIKE WE PLAY. 🇧🇷⚽️

Detail reps + adjustments + fun environment = Real progress

It’s easy to find a place to train, but what’s hard to find is the way they will develop the player ⚽️

Here we develop not just players who are playing Elite soccer, but the raw players who seek to get better and keep moving up ⬆️

PART I - HOW WE DEVELOP PLAYERS ⚽️

Development isn’t about doing more drills.
It’s about understanding why, when, and how to use your skills in the game.

At BR Elite, we build players through a process:

GUIDANCE → DETAILS MATTER → TECHNIQUE → BALL MASTERY → MASTER SKILLS → EXPRESS YOURSELF → TEAMWORK

We guide first.
We pay attention to the details.
We build strong technical foundations.
We create repetition until confidence takes over.

Then we challenge players to express themselves — to be creative, make decisions, solve problems, and bring their own personality into the game.

But individual ability is only part of becoming a complete player.

The final step is learning how to use those skills for the team.

⚽ Better technique.
🧠 Better decisions.
🔥 More confidence.
🤝 Better teammates.

We don’t just run sessions. We develop real players.

⚽️ TRAIN. HAVE FUN. DEVELOP.

Development doesn’t have to be boring.

We believe consistency + quality training + the right environment creates confident players who understand the game.

Every session connects the details:

⚽ Technical work with purpose
🧠 Space IQ & awareness
🔥 Real game situations
🤝 Teamwork & communication
🎯 Decision-making under pressure
💪 Consistency that builds confidence
😄 And most importantly — HAVE FUN playing the game!

We don’t train skills just to perform drills.

We put players in situations where they have to scan, think, communicate, move, decide and execute.

Because when training feels like the game, players learn how to impact the game.

WE TRAIN LIKE WE PLAY. 🇧🇷⚽️

Most people think soccer training is just about skills…

But at BR Elite, it’s bigger than that.

We’re building confident athletes who:
⚡ Speak up
⚡ Handle pressure
⚡ Trust themselves

Because what happens on the field…
translates into life.

This is where kids grow—not just as players, but as people.

💭 Confidence

Talent opens doors, but discipline keeps us in the game! Every dribble, every pass, and every drop of sweat in training is a step toward the dream burning inside us. It’s more than just soccer; it’s about building the best version of ourselves, one drill at a time. The future belongs to those who don’t quit today. Determination is our middle name! 💪🔥
