The future of EMS is looking bright in Orange County! 🚑

Last week, Falck attended the .oc.rop Partner Agency Awards Reception, celebrating partnerships that connect students with real-world career opportunities.

Represented by Michael Kaduce, Falck proudly supports future EMS professionals through ride-along experiences that bring classroom learning into the field.

It was inspiring to hear EMT students share their experiences and career goals!

Congratulations to NOCROP, the class, and all the partners helping shape the next generation of EMS professionals! 👏

It was an honor to join Coastline ROP Partnership Appreciation Night and celebrate the incredible community of partners, trustees, district collaborators, and staff who help make career technical education possible.

A special full-circle moment for our Orange County Managing Director, Raj Vishal, who once served as an EMS instructor at Coastline ROP and continues to support this meaningful partnership today.

Thank you, Coastline ROP, for your continued commitment to student success. Together, we’re creating meaningful opportunities that make a lasting impact on careers and lives.

This month, we’re reminded that mental health is essential every day, for how we care, connect, and continue showing up for ourselves and each other. Prioritizing mental well-being creates stronger communities, healthier workplaces, and more space for compassion.

For Andreh, every Falck ambulance represents more than a response. It represents comfort, connection, and the reassurance that help has arrived.

His mission as an EMT is to help every patient feel supported and confident that they will receive the care they deserve. That’s the feeling he hopes to bring to every community he serves.

09/26/2026

For Andreh, being an EMT is about making sure every patient feels seen, understood, and supported.

As an EMT, he uses his language skills and personal experiences to help bridge gaps between diverse communities and the healthcare system. His goal is simple: when a Falck ambulance arrives, he wants people to feel comforted knowing that help is here and they will receive the care they deserve.
