Them: “What brings you joy?”
Me: Allow me to introduce you to my entire camera roll. 😂🔮🌊

Crystal alchemy bowls. Sound baths. Vibrations that give me chills. That moment when the final note fades into silence and the whole world seems to exhale.

I could talk about sound healing all day… but honestly, I’d rather just play you a bowl and let you feel it for yourself. 🩵

There’s something about creating space to slow down, get out of your head, and reconnect with yourself that never gets old.

And yes, I absolutely am the person who gets excited about a new bowl like other people get excited about a new handbag. No, I will not be taking questions at this time. 😂✨

Your turn! 👇

What brings YOU joy? The thing you could talk about for hours, do over and over, or spend way too much money on?

Tell me in the comments! I want to know what makes your soul do a little happy dance. 💜

Something is coming… 🌊✨

The next Rest & Restore Retreat is coming in July 2027—and I’m already dreaming about slow mornings, salty air, deep exhalations, meaningful connection, and having absolutely nowhere we need to be.

This retreat will be for the woman who is ready to step away from the noise for a little while…

To rest without guilt.
To reconnect with herself.
To move, breathe, laugh, linger, and simply be.

The location? 🤫
An all-inclusive sanctuary 🌴

Because sometimes the best thing on your calendar is the thing that gives you permission to take yourself off of everyone else’s. 🌴

Maybe mental health care doesn't always have to look like doing more.

Maybe sometimes it looks like doing less.

Less scrolling.
Less rushing.
Less carrying everyone else's stuff.
Less pretending you're fine when you're exhausted.

And a little more breathing.
A little more stillness.
A little more you.

🌊 On Saturday, 10/10 at 10 AM ET, I'm hosting a FREE virtual Soft & Slow Sound Bath in honor of World Mental Health Day.

This is your invitation to pause, get comfortable, close your eyes, and let sound do some of the holding for a little while.

No experience required.
No perfect meditation skills.
No wellness girl starter pack. 😂

Just you, a cozy spot, and some space to exhale.

FREE + VIRTUAL
Saturday, October 10
10 AM Eastern

Come exactly as you are.

💙 Comment SLOW or use the link in my bio to save your spot.

And send this to the person who has been holding a lot lately.

Wellness can be simple, but that doesn't mean ots easy.

Make time for your .

Wherever you are at, close your eyes for 20 second and just listen.

Respectfully… I’m not participating in fall yet. 😂

Give me the 90° weather.
Give me the 9 PM sunsets.
Give me one more beach walk before somebody starts talking about pumpkin spice. 🌊☀️

And honestly? Maybe that’s the energy we need going into this season:

You don’t have to rush into the next thing just because the calendar says it’s time.

Stay a little longer.
Breathe a little deeper.
Enjoy what’s still here.

Because sometimes the most wellness-forward thing you can do is stop rushing through the season you’re actually in. ✨

Apparently, people are talking. 😊

Over the past few weeks, I’ve received multiple referrals and inbound inquiries for corporate and workplace wellness programming—and I’m feeling incredibly grateful.

Not just for the opportunities, but also for the people who thought:

“You know who would be good for this?”
…and sent my name along. 🩵

That kind of word-of-mouth support means so much. THANK YOU!

I’m currently opening space for a few new workplace wellness collaborations (virtual & in-person) in the coming months, including:

✨ Team wellness experiences
✨ Conference & retreat programming
✨ Breathwork + mindfulness
✨ Sound healing & restorative experiences
✨ Nervous system regulation workshops
✨ Customized wellness experiences for your organization

My goal is simple: create spaces where people can pause, reconnect, and leave feeling a little more resourced than when they arrived.

So if your company, team, organization, or upcoming event is looking for something beyond the typical “employee wellness” experience…

My inbox is open.

DM me “WORKPLACE” and let’s see what we can create together. 🌊

And if you’ve referred me recently—thank you for being part of the ripple. 🩵

🔮 There’s a difference between playing sound and creating an experience with it. 🔮

A crystal singing bowl isn’t just something I play while you close your eyes.

It’s a tool I use to create intentional space to slow down, soften, notice, and reconnect.

The work is in the pacing.
The musicality.
The vibration.
The silence.
And the presence I bring into the room.

Because holding space means more than creating beautiful sound.

It means being grounded enough to meet the room—and the people in it—where they are.

For me, sound healing isn’t about “fixing” you.

It’s about creating space for you to feel, release, rest, and reconnect with yourself.

Have you experienced a sound bath? What did you notice afterward? 👇

Make sure to join me for my monthly Signature Slow Down Sound Bath, happens in-studio and online. 🔮
