Happy DSP week to our amazing Direct Support Staff at Monarch Heights! It's not just this week that we appreciate you, but EVERYDAY!

DSP's don't just "take care" of our residents, they make a DIFFERENCE. They work to help each resident live the best life that THEY want to live. They don't just help them get through another day; they make each day better than the last.

To be a DSP: You still show up. Sometimes in pain, exhausted, overwhelmed and neglected. To show up day after day and do the work you do is what champions, saints, and DSP's are made of!

** Bathroom Remodel Update**

We are SO EXCITED to announce that our bathroom remodel is complete!!! (We have now completely renovated and updated 3/5 bathrooms!!)
We moved a wall and created some much needed space and updated it from top to bottom! It’s the spacious relaxing feel that our residents deserve to have!

Thank you to everyone that has donated and helped to make this project happen!!!

A huge thank you to Gunner Construction, Nelson Electric, and Ortonville Plumbing and Heating for their hard work on this project!!!!
