Let’s touch on the “approaches to weight loss” that I rated very lowly 😄
1) Cutting carbs ❌
If you’ve cut carbs in the past and had “success” it was likely more-so a loss of glycogen (stored energy), water weight, and even muscle mass. Cutting carbs does result in short term success but is not effective long term
2) Really cutting calories
The problem I see with this approach is the “do good for a week” and then binge; plus you don’t establish habits that will keep the weight off long term ❣️
3) Running for an hour each day
People automatically assume more cardio is the answer. I want to remind you: it’s impossible to “out work” a poor approach to eating. More exercise is never the answer until you know how it fits into long term fat loss.
4) Randomly trying a fasting diet
As fasting does have scientific benefits, it doesn’t provide you education or application on how to balance blood sugar, gain muscle, or include all foods with confidence.
Comment “Blueprint” and I’ll send you the 3 phase system my clients use to lose 20-30 lbs in 6 months without dieting! Let’s include those full fat foods and lose body fat at the same time
🎃😍 enjoy!
