Alright friends….

I am committed to taking on a 21 day challenge next month. I will be 3 months postpartum and want to really focus on my own personal health and well being. As someone who tends to prioritize others, it’s so important to take your self care into your own hands. I typically struggle with this after a baby, but am excited to make myself feel good.
