💕 CLIENT TESTIMONIAL! 💕

THIS is why I LOVE my job! 🫶🏻

FIT OVER 50 and feeling better than ever! 💪🏻🙌🏻

Hearing a client say she’s in the BEST shape of her life heading into her 40-year high school reunion is what it’s all about!

Strong, confident, healthy and PROOF that age is just a number! 💗

So incredibly proud of her hard work and dedication!

✨ It’s never too late to become your strongest self!

The supplement I wish every competitor took…👇

When calories get lower, cardio gets higher, and your body is under stress, your biggest goal isn’t just losing fat…

It’s protecting the muscle you’ve worked so hard to build.

✨ That’s why HMB is one of my non-negotiable supplements during prep.

Here’s why:

✔️ Helps reduce muscle breakdown during a calorie deficit
✔️ Supports muscle recovery between workouts
✔️ Helps preserve lean muscle while you’re getting stage lean
✔️ May improve recovery so you can keep training with intensity
✔️ Especially beneficial during hard prep phases, fasted cardio, or periods of high training volume

Here’s the truth…

The goal of prep isn’t simply to lose weight.

The goal is to lose BODY FAT while keeping every ounce of muscle possible.

That’s what creates that full, conditioned stage look.

No supplement replaces consistent nutrition and training, but the right supplements can absolutely help you recover better and hold onto more muscle throughout prep.

This is one of the reasons every Elite Coaching client receives personalized supplement recommendations based on where they are in their journey.

💪 Train smart.
🥗 Fuel your body.
🏆 Protect the muscle you’ve earned.

Best of luck to these 3 amazing ladies as they step on stage tomorrow! ✨

These women are not only competitors…they are moms, busy professionals, and everyday women proving that you can still chase big goals while balancing real life. They have trained hard, stayed committed, and prepared for this moment — and I couldn’t be more proud of them. ❤️

My hope is that they inspire other women to believe in themselves, step outside their comfort zone, and give this journey a try. Competing isn’t just about the stage… it’s about confidence, growth, discipline, and discovering what you are truly capable of.

I promise…you won’t regret betting on yourself. 💪✨ .thomas.fitness

56 YEARS YOUNG and just getting started 🔥💪

This incredible woman stepped on stage for the VERY FIRST TIME and walked away with 🥇 1st place and 🥉 3rd place!!

Let that sink in…

This didn’t happen by accident. This came from consistency, dedication, and trusting the process every single day. She showed up, did the work, and proved that age is NOT a limitation—it’s a badge of strength 💗

So many people think getting to the stage is the hard part… but the real magic is in the discipline behind the scenes. And she nailed it.

I couldn’t be more proud of you!! Your work ethic, your mindset, and your heart are what truly set you apart.

And to all my 50+ ladies watching this… THIS is your sign 👇
With the right plan, the right guidance, and belief in yourself—ANYTHING is possible.

Train smarter, not harder 💥

You are just getting started… and I cannot wait to see what’s next!

✨ MASTER YOUR POSING IN 4 PHASES ✨

Posing isn’t just about hitting a pose… it’s about creating a full stage presence from start to finish 🙌

🔥 PHASE I – Feet Work & Walking
This is your foundation. Confidence starts from the ground up. Walk with purpose, control, and intention.

🔥 PHASE II – Hands & Body Position
Every detail matters. Where your hands go, how your body is angled… THIS is what creates your shape 👏

🔥 PHASE III – Smooth Transitions
No rushing. No stopping. Flow from pose to pose like it’s effortless 💃

🔥 PHASE IV – Sass & Eye Contact
This is where you OWN the stage 😍
Confidence, personality, and connection… this is what makes you unforgettable.

💚 And remember… we are always chasing the 3 T’s:
✨ Trim Waist
✨ Toned Legs
✨ Tight Glutes

That’s the look. That’s the goal. That’s what wins 🏆

Consistency over time… trust the process 💫
