Manikin-mama Anne is expecting reeealll soon.

Join us, American Hospital Association executives, and St. Gerard Maternal Home of St. Benedict's leadership Nov. 3, 1:45-2:30 PM, for the gender reveal of our new full-term baby manikin.

Attendees are encouraged to bring items to benefit residents of St. Gerard, an Owensboro not-for-profit offering a safe haven for displaced, expecting moms.

Requested items:
- Disposable diapers, sizes 1 and 2
- Unscented wipes
- Lotion, shampoo, diaper cream
- Pacifiers
- Infant socks and hats
- Bottles and ni***es
- Disposable nursing pads
- Maternity pads
- Laundry detergent

Tomorrow, from 10 AM-2 PM, communities across Kentucky will participate in the 2026 National Prescription Drug Take Back Day to help safely dispose unneeded medications anonymously – those that are old, unwanted, or expired.

Collection sites will collect tablets, capsules, patches, and other solid forms of prescription medications.

Not accepted: syringes, sharps, and unregulated substances.

Liquid products, such as cough syrup, should remain sealed in their original container with the cap tightly sealed.
