For anyone feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or unsure how to begin slowing down - this series is for you. 💌

Through restorative yoga, breathwork, reflection, and simple self-care tools, you’ll explore practical ways to create more ease and spaciousness in everyday life.

Each week builds on the last, helping you learn how to set yourself up for rest, work with your breath, and discover what supports you most. You’ll leave with simple practices you can return to at home whenever you need a pause. 🌿

✨ A little bit about your teacher: Nirel Salazar is a restorative yoga teacher, teacher mentor, wellness facilitator, and wellness creative who helps people create more space for rest, reflection, and self-awareness. Her teaching is trauma-informed, accessible, and grounded in the belief that slowing down is a practice we can learn over time. Nirel’s approach is warm, curious, and centered on helping each person find a way to rest that feels supportive and sustainable. ✨

Please bring your own yoga mat, 3 blankets, an eye cover, and a pillow.

The early bird price is $125. After October 22nd, pricing is $150.
