Think of your nails as a stack of papers. 📄 When you peel off your polish, you’re actually peeling away the top sheet, too!

✨ When your nail tech soaks off your polish, your nails may APPEAR rougher because of residue from the base coat, but they’ll actually be in better shape than if you continuously peel it.

If you're using retinols, tretinoin, or Accutane (now or recently), or you've had a chemical peel, sunburn, or any new prescription skincare in the last few weeks, tell us before you get on the table.

These products thin and sensitize your skin, which is exactly what makes it more likely to tear during a wax. A quick heads up lets us adjust our technique, use a gentler approach, or reschedule if your skin needs time to heal.
