Dr. Kai Dallas MD Board Certified Urologist - Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon
at City of Hope
Chief of Urology at Palmdale Medical Center

I'm Dr. Kai Dallas and I am honored you're here. I’m a board-certified Urologist and I specialize in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. I completed my medical education at the iCahn School of Medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC, residency in urology at Stanford Medical Center, and fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, CA. I am proud to serve as the Chief of Urology at Palmdale Regional Medical Center and as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at City of Hope, with affiliations at Antelope Valley Medical Center and Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. My clinical expertise includes treating:
- Chronic pelvic pain
- Overactive bladder and urinary incontinence
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Recurrent urinary tract infections
- Painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis)
- Sexual health concerns related to pelvic floor dysfunction

Beyond clinical care, I am deeply committed to advocating for women’s pelvic health — an area that for too long has been underrepresented and underserved. My research has been nationally published, focusing on improving treatments for pelvic floor disorders, advancing patient-centered care models, and promoting awareness around chronic pelvic conditions. My mission is simple:
To provide expert, compassionate care that meets women where they are — listening without judgment, offering hope, and empowering each patient to reclaim her health and quality of life. This page is a space where you’ll find trusted information about pelvic health, wellness tips, updates from my practice, and advocacy news. It’s also a place to feel seen, heard, and supported.I’m so glad you’re reaching out. Please keep in mind that I can’t provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment through this contact form. For your safety and to give you the care you deserve, medical questions should be addressed during a scheduled appointment. If you’re experiencing an urgent issue or emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Thank you for visiting. I’m so excited to connect with you!

One of the things I love most about my wife is her passion for women's health. Before she became an actress, she was a doctor also and that is how we met. But over the years, she has never lost her sense of responsibility and advocacy for healthcare. Now, she is launching a new website to serve as a women's health resource and I am proud to be joining her as a member of her team of experts. Please consider following and visit the website for more info! HerHealth101.com

Grateful for the chance to have soaked in the knowledge (and a little bit of sun) at SUFU 2026 in Puerto Rico! Much appreciation to the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine, and Urogenital Reconstruction for the opportunity to moderate the podium session for "Pelvic Organ Prolapse/Reconstruction" this year alongside my colleagues Drs. Merycarla Pichardo and Sandip Vasavada!

Advocacy is just as vital as the work we do in the clinic. I am honored to have been at the American Urological Association's Annual Urology Advocacy Summit in D.C. last weekend representing the state of California. Having the opportunity to speak directly with out senators and legislators about the future of urological care is a responsibility that I don't take lightly. There is still so much that needs to be done to enact long overdue changes to our healthcare system, but I'm here to keep pushing and proud to be part of the conversation.

Thank you to Dr. Eugene Rhee, our President-elect of AUA for creating a direct line to help our communities back home!
