Bay County Caregivers is looking for a dependable, outgoing and compassionate Resident Caregiver to work approximately 30–40 hours per week at a local independent living community.

This is not your typical one-on-one caregiving position! You’ll assist multiple residents with things like errands, transportation, companionship, organization, technology help and other everyday needs.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Extremely reliable
✨ Comfortable taking initiative
✨ Great with seniors
✨ Organized and able to work independently

Caregiving experience is preferred, but personality, reliability and professionalism are just as important for this role.
