Join us for a special 6-month prenatal education and support experience designed to help expecting moms feel confident, connected, and empowered as they prepare for motherhood!

Led by Amanda Gresham, IBCLC, of 30A Lactation, this intimate group experience combines evidence-based education, meaningful connections, and a supportive community of moms navigating the same exciting journey.

Throughout our six months together, we’ll explore breastfeeding, pumping, newborn care, postpartum recovery, maternal mental health, holistic wellness, and so much more! You’ll be local providers and guest speakers from The Root Health and Wellness, Beyond Birth, Madison Ladner, Rainbow Pediatrics Santa Rosa Beach, Brittiany Lynn Photography, LLC and Holly Chancey with HER Table Collective.

Starting November 2nd from 10:00am-12:00pm, our Nursing Newborns prenatal breastfeeding class at Destiny Worship Center - Panama City Beach is transforming into Cradled in Grace, a 4th trimester Mommy & Me support group. 💞

If you've attended one of my classes before, you'll recognize a familiar face! This group is a welcoming space for moms in their first year postpartum to connect, share experiences, build friendships, and find encouragement through motherhood and faith.

📚💙 Day 2 of PSI Training!

Continuing my education in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI)!

As an IBCLC, I know that supporting moms goes far beyond breastfeeding. Maternal mental health matters, and I’m passionate about expanding my knowledge to better recognize, support, and advocate for families navigating pregnancy and postpartum.

One step closer to my goal of becoming PMH-C certified! 💙

Because caring for babies starts with caring for moms, too! 🤱💕

🎉 Exciting new research on the power of lactation support in the NICU!

A new study from the Medical College of Wisconsin followed 862 mother-baby pairs admitted to the NICU. Babies whose mothers had 4 to 6 lactation visits in the first 14 days after birth were nearly NINE TIMES more likely to go home receiving their mother's own milk.

The researchers' conclusion is clear: hospitals should make sure families have enough access to lactation consultants to meet this need.

Today we're celebrating the importance of skilled lactation support for every parent and every baby, the standard of care at Baby-Friendly designated facilities.

Madi, an RN and Certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, guides you through safe, effective strength exercises, breathing techniques, and movements with modifications for every stage of pregnancy.

Would you be interested in joining a small, supportive prenatal group designed to help you feel educated, empowered, prepared, and connected before your baby arrives?

✨ Bump to Breast: Prenatal Education & Support Series ✨

Beginning in November, we would meet one Saturday each month through April for a total of 6 in-person classes.

Throughout the series, you’ll learn from and connect with local professionals, including:

🤱 IBCLC / Lactation Consultant
🤰 Webster-Certified Chiropractor
🌿 Holistic Health Practitioner
🧠 Perinatal Mental Health Provider
💕 Doula-led Birth & Partner Preparation Class
🍼 Hands-on breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding & newborn preparation

Approximately $350 per couple for the entire 6-month series. Early bird $325 OR 2 payments of $175.

Your registration would include all 6 classes, opportunities to meet other expecting couples with babies due around the same time, Q&A with local professionals, exclusive participant discounts, early-bird specials, resources, and more!

The goal is for you to leave this series with more than information—I want you to enter motherhood with knowledge, resources, trusted local connections, and a community of moms walking through the same season of life. 💗
